 Appetizers

 

Smokehouse Wings $350 serves 100ppl 

(2 per person)

Our wings are smoked, lightly fried for a nice crisp and finished on the grill. Choose from our homemadesauces. 

            Sauces – Cajun dry rubbed, Buffalo, Gold, Sweet, Spicy, Smokey

 

 Southern Shrimp Ceviche $275 serves 100ppl

(2 per person)

 A blend of fresh chopped shrimp, fresh cilantro, jalapeno, tomato, onion and fresh squeezed lime juice, served with homemade tortilla chips.

 

Fresh Fruit $275 serves approx. 100ppl

Mixture of fresh seasonal fruit.

 

Vegetable Platter $200 serves approx. 100ppl

Mixed cold vegetables including celery, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Served with ourhouse ranch dressing.

 

Cheese Platter $250 serves approx. 100ppl

Mix of select cheeses and crackers.

 

Smoked Salmon - market price

Add smoked salmon to your vegetable or cheese platter.

Combination of Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken, Memphis Coleslaw, choice of Redneck Beans or Plain Mac n’ Cheese, 5 dozen slider buns and 2 BBQ sauces. Feeds 25ppl

Combination of Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken, Memphis Coleslaw, choice of Redneck Beans or Plain Mac n’ Cheese, 9 dozen slider buns and 3 BBQ sauces. Feeds 50ppl

 

Upgrade to Smokeys Mac n’ Cheese with bacon and andouille sausage $1 per person

 

Plates, napkins and silverware can be added for $1 per person

SWEET RED - A fusion of Sweet Arkansas and Not-Too-Sweet-Tennessee. Made with only the best Minnesota maple syrup to achieve our signature sweetness.

 

SMOKEY RED - A pureed perfection of house smoked onions, garlic and peppers, simmered in bourbon and married with a harmonious blend of spices.

 

SPICY RED - An intense mix of fresh habaneros, jalapenos, onions, garlic and green peppers, sautéed into a spicy pepper paste then blended with Louisiana hot sauces, tomatoes and our Signature Fire Spice blend.

 

GOLD BBQ - A mustard fusion of Bold and Spicy Georgia with Sweet and Tangy Carolina.

 

WHITE BBQ - A Northwood’s blend of white and apple cider vinegars, horseradish, mayonnaise and Smokey’s Signature Spices.

 

PIG PICKIN’ SAUCE - An East Coast vinegar style sauce, perfect for dipping.
